Dust Is Noise is the creation of the three guys Mike J., Jacob and Mike T. and based in Tucson, Arizona. “Fractured Forms” is the debut album and released on Vendetta Music featuring 10 tracks covering 50 minutes in playtime.

The music goes in the same vein and reminds me very much of System Syn. The first couple of tracks like “Fractured” and “Built To Burn Through” are two very strong tracks with great electronics. But after that I feel that their is something that happens. The songs falls into a very strange category which I have some difficulties to name but they doesn’t have the same strenght that previous named songs. They are not bad or anything like that, just that after hearing the start I did expect more. However, this changes when “Blind Spot” starts to spin. This is a true club smasher with a great melodic approach and heavy beats. A cool atmosphere is present and the straight-forward vocals from Mike T. is strong.

Overall, it’s a pretty good album and should definately not be missed by any electronic music fans out there.
