Several years in the making, Eurocide returns in 2009 with their highly anticipated new album “Regen Aus Asche”, which features a total of 12 tracks.

“Fallen Nation” is a powerful opener and makes a clear point of what to expect and the following two tracks continues with its heavy electronic beats and catchy refrains. But to add to the track “In The Darkness” you are delivered a slighly more melodic touch as well as distinctive vocals and great melody, resulting in a powerful track you will easily catch up on the lyrics. “Human Resource” and “Assassination” is another two tracks with bone-breaking beats and dark electro sounds. The following track “Shelter Run” is just relentless with an amazing sound structure, catchy melody blended together with a high amount of energy aimed for the dance floor. “The Eurocide” has a quite a different beat structure and you can hear some powerful guitar riffs in the background, but yet a very melodic feel and catchy refrain.

A break from all this energy is the ending track “The Hideaway”, which is a very melancholic track with a very futuristic structure and brings you a beautiful atmosphere.

With “Regen Aus Asche” Eurocide delivers a dark but yet very catchy album with alot of pushing beats, cool sequences and it gives a very powerful feeling, even though I think there a some decent tracks that don’t come up to the same standard that the mentioned tracks above and too bad you only get around 47 minutes of this powerful mayhem.
