Necroleptic “Tranquilized” (Demo EP/Unsigned)

Just out of nowhere comes Necroleptic, a Germany-based duo of Zypex (Music) and Talyrik (Vocals), with their first demo “Tranquilized”.

The music is dark, heavy and very melodic driven, but instead of focusing on the typical club appeal most bands in this genre do today, Necroleptic give you slow and very atmospheric, aggressive music with harsh vocals. Although, it’s not to too distorted as you still can hear most of the lyrics.

For being a demo, I think this sound very good and the production can easily be compared with many well-established acts out there. This 4-track demo can be split up into two categories as the two first tracks, which I see as the strongest ones, is slow with powerful soundscapes and and the other two is more beat-driven and with higher tempo. Yet another band to watch out for!
