The Weathermen - Ultimate Posion

8/10

Artist: The Weathermen
Title: Ultimate Poison
Format: EP / Compilation
Label: Infacted Recordings

Release date: October 22, 2010

“Poison”, originally released in 1987 and have been a true EBM classic since then. With this release, Infacted Recordings continues their popular classics series – This, number 16, digitally remastered, is packed with 15 tracks from the bands history including the Daniel B. mix of “Dear God”.

This release includes all available versions of “Poison”, but also three never before released tracks can be found within the tracklist, like two versions of “Poison” aswell as the Man-Dello remix of “House Of Blues”. “Surveillance Star”, “Transit” and “I’m Tight” – all recorded not too long ago differ from the other as they have a much more modern and rougher sound. It gives a great variety to the already impressive tracklist.

“Ultimate Poison” should be discovered if you like the classics sound and want some nostalgic 80′s feeling.
