Blackvector Magazine is closing down

Dear labels, bands and fans

Unfortunately, I have come to the decision to close down my online magazine.

Over the course of the last couple of weeks I’ve spent less and less time devoting to the project that have evolved to what it is today. The decision was made due to the fact that currently I don’t have the time anymore to run a magazine of this caliber. I don’t want the site to lack in quality in the spirit of updates with news, reviews and all the stuff included.

Since the start two and a half years ago, in May ’09, the magazine have grown a lot, actually more than I could ever imagined, and I can’t thank you all enough for the tremendous support that all of you have brought me during this time.

A BIG thank you goes out to all the labels and bands I’ve been cooperated with along with all the readers that have continued to visit the site and pick up news about their favorite artists. I hope I’ve been an asset or some kind of help for at least a couple of people in rediscovering new bands and music with my reviews and news updates.

However, I will put up reviews for the remaining time of this year, but around mid-december no more updates will be made. The site will be online though for the remaining part of the months I have left with the host that ends in May 2012.

Once again, thank you very much and continue to support this music scene in helping the artists. They need it!

Yours truly,
Björn Andersson
